Five students from Battlehill Judo club participated in the North East Youth BJC Open Judo Competition held in North Shields.
Sibling Harrison aged 5 and Charlie Johnson aged 14 kicked the day off with Bronze and Gold medals respectively.
Keira Pentolfe age 11 and Ellie Hutton age 15 secured Silevr and Gold Medals in the Junior Girls cetegoried. Ellie also took part in the Senior Ladies combined Kyu and Dan grade event gaining a Silver medal.
17 year old Josh Stoneman from Wallsend was undefeated in the Senior mens Kyu grade category to return with the Gold Medal.
