We had 6 competitors in the competition held at Benfield Sports centre Newcastle and returned with 4 gold 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Jenni Francis and Kate Sturrock entered the u34kg group, Kate secured the bronze medal whilst Jenni winning 4 from 4 contests took the Gold.

Ellie Hutton moved up to the u57kg category and was undefeated in 4 contests to gain the gold medal.

Joe Carrol secured a Bronze medal in the higher u50kg category.

Josh stoneman and Luke Anderson both won 2 fights in the u66kg category to meet in the final, with Josh gaining the gold and Luke the Silver medal. Both lads moved up to the over 66kg group where they repeated the same results for another Gold and Silver respectively.
